CD44、CD24在结直肠癌和腺瘤中的表达及其致瘤和侵袭能力的研究

摘要 目的:探讨结直肠癌和结直肠腺瘤中肿瘤干细胞的表面标记白细胞分化抗原44(cluster of differentiation 44,CD44)和白细胞分化抗原24(cluster of differentiation 24,CD24)的表达及其致瘤和侵袭能力。方法:免疫组化法检测45例结直肠癌标本、45例结直肠腺瘤标本中CD44和CD24的阳性表达情况,分析两者与结直肠癌临床病理特征及中位无进展生存率的关系。结果:结直肠癌、腺瘤中CD44表达阳性率分别为42.23%、17.78%。CD24表达阳性率分别为28.89%、13.34%,各组CD24和CD44的表达阳性率差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。CD44的表达与肿瘤尺寸和有无淋巴结转移存在相关性(P<0.05),CD24的表达与肿瘤分化程度存在相关性(P<0.05)。CD44表达阳性和阴性病人治疗后中位无进展生存率分别为11.5 mo和15.0 mo,两组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),CD24表达阳性和阴性病人治疗后中位无进展生存率分别为10.5mo和17.5mo,两组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:CD44、CD24的表达直接影响结直肠癌病人的生存及结直肠腺瘤至癌的转化与CD44、CD24的表达密切相关。 Objective:To explore the expression、invasiveness and tumorigenic of CD44 and CD24 in the patients with colorectal carcinoma and adenoma. Methods:45 cases of colorectal cancer specimens and 45 cases of colorectal adenoma specimens of CD44 and CD24 expression were detected by immunohistochemical staining. The relationship between the clinical and pathological features of colorectal cancer was analyzed. Results:The CD44 positive rates in colorectal cancer and adenoma were respectively 42 . 23%、17 . 78%. The CD24 positive rates were 28 . 89%、13 . 34%. CD44 and CD24 expression rate were different significantly among two groups ( P〈0 . 05 ) . CD44 expression was correlated with tumor size and lymph node metastasis ( P〈0 . 05 ) . CD24 expression was correlated to differentiation(P〈0. 05). The difference of survival rate between CD44+ group and CD44- group was statistically significant ( 11 . 5 vs 15 . 0 , P〈0 . 05 ) . The difference of survival rate between CD24+ and CD24- group was also significant ( 10 . 5 vs 17 . 5 , P〈0 . 05 ) . Conclusion:CD24 and CD44 expression may play important roles in colorectal adenoma-carcinoma cell transformation and invasiveness of colorectal cancer.
