摘要
随着孤独症人群的日益扩大和年龄的增长,大龄孤独症人士迫切需要职业康复与技能培训。文章以北京康纳洲雨人烘焙为观察对象,探讨了大龄孤独症人士职业技能培训中存在政策不到位、专业机构和学校拒绝招收等困境。通过专业化教学训练、个别化生产操作及市场化宣传销售等手段,初步探索出了一种"教-产-销"模式,以期为政府推广大龄孤独症人士的职业技能培训和制定相关政策提供有效可行的范式。
With the expansion of the autism population and along with the growth of the age, the older people with autism urgently need vocational rehabilitation and skills training. Taking Kangnazhou Rainman Bakery for an example,the study discussed the plight of vocational training for the older people with autism and explored a pattern of ＂teaching - production - sales＂ Preliminarily. The government can consult the efficient and effective paradigm to formulate related policies and generalize the vocational training for the older people with autism.
