摘要
目的探讨硝苯地平联合依那普利治疗冠心病合并高血压老年患者的临床效果。方法选取2014年3月-2015年3月在我院就诊的冠心病合并高血压老年患者共60例,随机分为观察组和对照组两组,各30例,对照组给予单纯硝苯地平治疗,观察组在此基础上,联合使用依那普利进行治疗。观察两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果观察组治疗后收缩压和舒张压均明显优于对照组,两组对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对老年高血压患者在硝苯地平治疗的基础上,联合使用依那普利治疗,能提高临床治疗的总有效率,改善患者整体的生活质量。
To investigate the effects of nifedipine and enalapril in the treatment of coronary heart disease and the clinical effect of elderly patients with hypertension. 【Methods】a total of 2014 March to 2015 march in our hospital for treatment of coronary heart disease in elderly patients with hypertension and a total of 60 cases, the patients were randomly divided into two groups, the observation group and the control group with 30 cases in each group, the control group was treated with nifedipine treatment, group based on the observation, using a combination of enalapril treatment. To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of the two groups of patients. 【Results】the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group, the difference between the two groups was significantly different（P〈0.05）. 【Conclusion】in elderly hypertensive patients in the nifedipine treatment based, using a combination of enalapril treatment, improve the clinical total effective rate and improve the life quality of the patient as a whole.
