摘要
随着城市化建设的推进,架空线路逐步被电缆线路所取代,势必会出现越来越多的电缆和架空混合线路。按各地调度规程的规定,全架空线路投自动重合闸;全电缆线路不投自动重合闸;但电缆和架空混合线路中重合闸的投退没有明确的规定。从电力系统的安全性和可靠性出发,通过分析各地混合线路重合闸投退原则的实例,综合考虑电缆的类型和敷设方式、运行时间等因素的影响,用ATP-EMTP仿真分析来计算电缆线路长度占全长线路的最佳比例,以此来确定重合闸的投退,提出一个比较合理的10kV混合线路重合闸投退原则。
With the development of city construction, overhead line is gradually replaced by cable conductor, and there will be more and more cable-overhead lines.According to provisions of all scheduling rules,for all overhead lines,auto-reclosing is adopted;for all cable lines,the auto-reclosing is unused.But the policy is not clearly defined on switching on or off of reclosing for hybrid lines of cable and overhead lines.From the view point of security and reliability of power system,by analyzing policies of reclosing for hybrid lines in different areas,and taking into account types,laying methods and running time of cable lines,switching on or off of reclosing is confirmed using the ATP-EMTP simulatiorl of the length proportion that cable lines account for whole lines.The more reasonable policy of switching on or off of reclosing is put forward for 10 kV hybrid lines.
