摘要 通过试验研究了包括施肥、种植密度、收割期、收割方式在内的不同管理模式下龙葵对贵屿家电拆解业造成的Cd污染土壤的植物修复效果。结果表明:单独施加氮肥和磷肥对龙葵的植物修复效果影响不大,施加钾肥能略提升龙葵的植物修复效果,而混合施用氮磷钾肥能显著提升龙葵修复Cd污染土壤的能力;适宜的种植密度也能提升植物修复效果,且全株收割并重新种植的龙葵修复效果>地上部收割并重新生长>成熟期一次性收割;不同管理模式对同一植物的修复效果影响显著。 This paper explores the phytoremediation efficiency of Solanum nigrurn for polluted soil by Cd from e-waste dismantling industry in Guiyu town with various management methods including fertilization, planting density, harvesting period and harvesting method. The results show that separately applying N and P fertilizer has little effect on remediation of Cd contaminated soil, while K fertilizer can slightly promote the remediation effect. Applying NPK fertilizer can significantly facilitate the remediation ability of Sola- num nigrum. Appropriate planting density can also enhance phytoremediation effect. The phytoremediation efficiency of Solanum nigrum with different harvesting methods is found in the following order, the whole- plant harvesting and replanting〉partially harvesting and regrowing〉harvesting in mature stage. The pa- per reveals that different agronomic management methods can influence the effect of phytoremediation sig-nificantly.
