摘要
目的探讨一种简单有效且创伤小的多重睑畸形修复术。方法对15例重睑术后多重睑畸形患者行微创修复术。沿原重睑切口线做3处3 mm长小切口,折叠提上睑肌。对手术效果进行评价。结果随访2～6个月,重睑修复效果好,切口瘢痕不明显,矫治效果满意。结论采用小切口提上睑肌折叠术操作简单、创伤小、术后瘢痕不明显,是一种多重睑畸形理想的微创修复手术方法。
Objective To explore a simple and effective surgical method by occult incision on patients with multiple upper eyelids deformity. Methods Fifteen eases with multiple upper eyelids deformity were enrolled. Three mini- incisions about 3 mm in length were made in the upper eyelid and levator aponeurosis plication was done. The clinical effect were evaluated. Results All patients were followed up for 2 to 6 months after the surgery. None had obvious sear and all eases were improved with good effect. Conclusions Levator aponettrosis plication with small incision is effective, simple and ideal for correting multiple upper eyelids with no obvious scar.
