摘要
通过分析制冷机房不同控制策略下的运行数据得出冷冻水泵、冷却水泵变频能够引起机组COP变化的结论。冷冻水泵变频机组的COP略有增加,对整个机组能耗的降低起正影响作用;冷却水泵变频机组的COP略有下降,对整个机房能耗的降低起负影响作用。当负荷率为80%~100%时,采用冷却水泵变频机房能耗将高于不采用变频控制的情况,这是因为冷却水泵变频节约的能耗不足以抵消由于控制造成的机组能耗的增加,造成整个机房能耗的增加。故提出采用以冷却水泵与制冷机组能耗之和最小为控制目标的综合控制策略,通过该方法降低制冷机房的能耗。
Analyzed cooling machine running data under different control strategies.The result showed that variable frequency control of the chilled water pump and cooling water pump can cause the change of the COP of the refrigeration units.Variable frequency control of chilled water pump make the COP a slight increase of the refrigeration units,which is advantageous to the refrigeration units energy consumption reduced;Variable frequency control of cooling water pump make the COP a slight decrease of the refrigeration units,so that the refrigeration units energy consumption increase.When the air conditioner load rate is 80%~ 100%,using frequency conversion control,the energy consumption of refrigerating station will be higher than without using frequency conversion control.It is as the energy saving which caused by variable frequency control of cooling water pump is not enough to offset the increase of the refrigeration units that caused by control.,so that the increase of energy consumption of the refrigerating station.In view of this,In this paper based on energy consumption of cooling water pumps and refrigeration unit to achieve the minimum sum of the integrated control strategy.By this method can greatly reduce the energy consumption of the Refrigerating station.
