摘要
采用文献资料法、调查法等,对学校体育与逃生避难教育的结合进行了探讨。结论:两者的结合主要体现在体育教学、课外体育活动两方面。在体育教学环节,应构建集理论知识传授、实践技能传授、一般身体素质与专门运动能力发展、心理素质与意志品质培养4大框架于一体的教学内容体系;在课外体育活动环节,应充分考虑将早(课间)操、全校性课外体育锻炼、家庭体育、社区体育等课外体育锻炼组织形式及课外运动竞赛与逃生避难教育在内容、形式上的有机结合。研究旨在拓展学校体育的功能、价值与作用,为学校逃生避难教育提供崭新的路径选择。研究对提高学生群体的逃生避难意识和能力,缓解我国防灾减灾的严峻形势,促进社会的和谐发展具有现实意义。
By means of literature and survey methods, etc, the combination of physical education and escape education is discussed in this paper. The conclusion, namely, the combination of both two educations is manifested in two aspects. One is sport teaching and learning, and the other is extracurricular sports activities. In sports teaching and learning, the teaching content system whose focus lies in the integration of four frames, that is imparting theory knowledge and practical skills, development of basic physical quality and specialized physical performance, and cultivation of psychological quality and willpower. In terms of extracurricular sports activities, the effective integration of escape education and various exercises like morning and break exercise, school extracurricular, family and community sports, extracurricular sports competition, should be taken into consideration based on its forms and contents. The study which aims to expand the function and value of physical education, offers new ways of school escape education. The research, also contributes to the improvement of consciousness and ability of students escape, alleviating the serious situation of disaster prevention in our country, and harmonious development harmonious society in reality.
