摘要 模拟低氧训练是高原训练的一种方法,在运动训练中发挥着积极的作用。实验主要遵循了高原训练基本规律和原理,并首次采用对平原大学生佩戴人工抗氧训练嘴(以下简称阻氧嘴),模拟低氧环境进行训练的手段,观察和记录大学生实验前后生理生化指标的变化趋势,对采用阻氧嘴模拟低氧训练模式是否能有效提高人体有氧运动能力和改善生理机能水平的可行性进行探索。实验将30名平原大学生随机分为低氧组和普通组,两组大学生执行35天的同等负荷训练。实验结果表明:使用阻氧嘴的低氧组大学生较普通组有氧运动能力显著提高;800m专项成绩提高幅度大于普通组;在平原使用人工阻氧嘴的模拟低氧环境训练手段具有可行性。 Simulated Hypoxic Training, as a method of altitude training, which plays an active role in sports training. The experiment mainly follows the basic rules and principles of altitude training and firstly renders plain students to wear artificial antioxidant trsining nozzle (hereinafter referred to as oxygen barrier mouth). Simulated hypoxic environment for training is beneficial for college students to observe and record the physiological and biochemical indices trends before and after the experiment. In addition, it explores the feasibility of whether the use of oxygen inhibition mouth simulated training model under hypoxic environment can effectively improve the body's aerobic capacity and improve the level of physiological function. The experiment randomly divided 30 plain students into two groups of hypoxia and ordinary. They two groups conduct equal training load for 35 days. The results show that: compared to the ordinary group students, with the use of the oxygen inhibition mouth, students' aerobic exercise capacity is significantly improved; the increase rate of 800m Specific Performance is higher than the ordinary; the use of artificial oxygen inhibition mouth simulated hypoxia-tmining means in plain are feasible.
