摘要
体育场馆责任险作为替代学校体育场馆承担对锻炼者伤害事故经济赔偿责任的一种全新思路,它的发展受到我国的经济发展水平低、法律不健全、场馆方面保险意识淡薄、锻炼者维权意识不强、保险公司技术落后、缺乏专业人才等因素的制约。为提高学校体育场馆抵御风险的能力,政府部门应加大推行学校体育场馆责任险的相关政策、法律法规和监管的力度,学校体育场馆及其管理经营者应强化社会责任感和风险意识,保险公司也应从多方位积极推行学校体育场馆责任险。
Sports facilities insurance, as a protection against economic loss caused by claims on the injured, is limited by many factors, such as inefficient law enforcement, slow economic development, underdeveloped technology of the insurance industry, and lack of qualified professionals. To improve schools＇ ability to resist risks, the government should enhance its efforts in policy-making, law enforcement and supervision; Admistration of school sports facilities should strengthen the sense of social responsibility and risk awareness; and insurance companies should actively promote sports liability insurance.
