摘要
针对航空器材在平均分配中存在的器材积压或短缺问题,本文基于动态规划方法,对战时航材分配方法进行研究。首先建立动态规划基本方程,阐述了利用动态规划方法解决问题的一般过程,通过引入航材保障部门积累的航材需求数据,对应急保障过程中各阶段的航材分配问题进行深入研究。通过选择重点航材需求数据,依据战役持续性及多阶段的特点,运用动态规划方法,分阶段对航材分配问题进行分析计算,获得的航材最优分配方案为P*1,3={100,90,0}。算例分析结果表明,航空器材的平均分配模式并非最佳分配方案,利用动态规划方法对战时航材进行分配更加合理,并能够提高航材保障效率。该研究对实际航材保障工作具有参考价值。
Aiming at the existing equipment of aviation supplies in the distribution of average backlog or shortage, this paper studies the wartime distribution chain method based on the dynamic programming method. It established the basic equation of dynamic programming, and expounds the general process to solve the problem with dynamic programming method. With the introduction of supply chain security sector accumulated material demand data, the material distribution at each stage in the process of emergency security problems were studied. By selecting the key material demand data, on the basis of the battle of sustainability, multi-stage characteristics, using dynamic programming method, analysis for the material distribution is calculated by stages, and the optimal allocation of supply chain for P1.3 = ( 100,90,0) is obtained is obtained. The example analysis results show that the average distribution model is not the best scheme of aviation supplies, and it is more reasonable to use dynamic programming method to analyze the wartime material allocation, which can improve the efficiency of supply chain security.
