摘要
产业发展所需要素资源有赖于知识网、社会网、物联网和价值网4种网络的承载。在研究四网联动、四网融合及其与产业集群组织经营关系的基础上,提出全要素网络概念、结构与框架。随后,对全要素网络虚实二象性进行剖析,认为全要素网络虚象是知识共享与计算网络,而实象是要素的分布式存储网络,实象与虚象之间存在关联与映射关系。最后,从虚实相生和虚实替代两种作用关系出发,分别研究了产业集群生成与演化机理,对基于要素网络优化建设视角促进产业集群可持续发展具有重要理论指导作用。
Factors for industrial development require the earners such as t^nuwl^u8 things and value network. Based on analysis of linkage and integration of the four networks and the relationship between integration and organization of industrial cluster, a new notion total factor network is proposed and its structure and frame- work are analyzed. Then, the duality of total factor network is studied. For one thing, its virtual image is knowledge sha- ring and computing network; for another, its real image is distributed network for factor storage. There are relevant and mapping relationship between virtual and real image. Finally, the formation and evolution mechanisms of industrial cluster are analyzed based on virtual or real complement and replacement. These would be important to sustainable development of industrial cluster from total factor network＇s optimization perspective.
