摘要
作为世界上人口最多的国家,建筑之于我国的重要性不言而喻。而在改革开放三十多年来的今天,随着城市化进程的显著提升,"人多地少"的现状愈发严峻。先进的钢铁技术,人们对工作、生活场所环境越来越高的要求,都促使建筑物向着高层、超高层方向不断发展。近年来,高层建筑,已然在我国新兴城市建筑物中占据了半壁江山。但在这一快速发展的背后,也存在不少问题。本文从现代建筑外部形体表现形式入手,结合影响设计的主要因素和出现的问题,提出几点关于高层建筑外部形体设计的应用要点,望可提供借鉴意义。
As the world＇s most populous country, the construction of China＇s importance is serf-evident. In the thirty years of reform and opening up today, with the significant increase in the process of urbanization, people more and less, the status quo is becoming more and more serious. Advanced steel technology, people on the work, the living environment of increasingly high requirements, have prompted the building toward the high-rise, high-rise direction of continuous development. In recent years, the high-rise building has occupied half of the country, in the city of our country in the new building. But behind this rapid development, there are a lot of problems. This paper starts with modern buildings from the outside shape form and combined with implications for the design of the main factors and the emergence of the problem, put forward several points on the external form of high-rise buildings design key points in the application, hope can provide reference.
