浙江地区丙型肝炎患者的丙型肝炎病毒基因分型研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:了解浙江地区丙型肝炎患者的丙型肝炎病毒( HCV)基因分型情况,为该病毒的检测和治疗提供实验依据。方法使用 RT‐PCR 法扩增 HCV 感染者血清样本丙型肝炎病毒 NS5B 区段,PCR 产物纯化后进行测序分析,测序结果与参考序列共同构建系统进化树,得到病毒的基因型。结果检测 HCV 感染者血清样本365例,共检出6种基因型,分别为1b ,2a ,2i ,3a ,3b 和6a ,其中1b 占67.7%,2a 占20.5%,2i 占3%,3a 占2.7%,3b占4.4%,6a 占1.6%。结论浙江地区 HCV 基因型主要为1b 型,其次为2a 型,与中国其他地区 HCV 基因型分布比较一致。 Objective To investigate the prevalence of different genotypes of hepatitis C virus (HCV) in Zhe‐jiang Province ,and then to provide information for the diagnosis and prevention of HCV .Methods NS5B region of HCV from 365 serum samples was amplified by RT‐PCR .PCR products were then purified followed by sequencing . The sequences of these PCR products were compared with the Genebank sequences to construct the HCV phyloge‐netic tree and to determine HCV genotypes .Results 365 serum samples from HCV infected patients were examined . Six different HCV genotypes namely 1b ,2a ,2i ,3a ,3b and 6a were identified .The frequency of distribution of the gen‐otype 1b ,2a ,2i ,3a ,3b and 6a was 67 .7% ,20 .5% ,3% ,2 .7% ,4 .4% and 1 .6% ,respectively .Conclusion HCV 1b is the major genotype of patients distributed in Zhejiang Province .The distribution of HCV genotypes in Zhejiang is similar to those in other regions of China .
