摘要
干燥综合征常见眼干、口干等症状,中医内科将其归为"痹症"范畴,病因病机为虚、毒、瘀[1]。治疗方法为滋阴润燥、清热解毒、活血化瘀。后世对于干燥之理解皆为一派火热之象,因而用药尽属寒凉之品,这不免对于燥气的认识有所偏差。论述燥之成因及其治疗方法,以期为临床辨治干燥综合征提供参考依据。

Etiology and pathogenesis contains deficiency, poison and blood stasis. Therapeutic methods are nourishing Yin and moistening dryness, clearing away heat and toxic materials and promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis. The understanding of later generations to dry is heat. They use cold medicine to treat it. The understanding of dry is biased. This article aimed to discuss The causes and treatment of the dry evil. In order to provide therapy of the the same diseases.
