摘要
高校校园承载了教育教学、科学研究、学习运动、生活休闲、交流活动等多重功能。高校科研实验中心属于实用功能型建筑,是科学研究的空间载体,科技成果转化的重要场所。文章概述了国内外"开放建筑"的理论及其发展情况,通过对项目基地概况的调研分析及设计任务书的研究,结合历史文脉,以"方形庭院"、"轴线"、"开放建筑"、"对称+非对称布局"为设计理念,采用"模块化"的手法,对山东建筑大学的科研实验中心的建筑进行了概念设计;解决了"如何在原校园肌理的基础上使设计的建筑与原先的校园建筑相结合"和"如何解决传统科研实验建筑因没有采用开放建筑理论而使得建筑空间‘僵化’"的两个主要的建筑设计问题;从而营造一个具有强烈导向性与轴线感、朴素而内敛、丰富而多变的高品质科研实验开放建筑的空间环境。
The college campus has multiple functions of teaching, scientific research, sports, leisure life, exchange activities, and so on. The experiment center belongs to university's scientific research building with practical function, is the spatial carrier of scientific research, and an important part in transformation of scientific and technological achievements. The article summarizes the " open architecture" theory and its development both at home and abroad. The paper carries on the conceptual design of the research experiment center building of Shandong Jianzhu University through the analysis of general situation and design specification of the project base, combined with the historical context, with " square courtyard", " axis", " open architecture", " symmetric and asymmetric layout" as the design concept, and by using the technique of "modular". It settled the two main problems of architectural design as to how to make the design on the basis of the original campus texture of building combined with the original campus building and how to solve the problem of architectural space rigidity of the traditional scientific experiment building for not using open architectural theory, thus building an open architecture space environment with a strong guidance and axis, simplicity and inside collect, rich and changeful high-quality in scientific research and experiment building.
