无视觉系统危害LED光源的制备及其应用研究

摘要 通过选择合适的多种荧光粉,尤其是发射峰值波长较低的绿色荧光粉,制备了无视觉系统危害LED白光及半导体制造黄光室专用的黄光光源,即发射蓝光强度较低,无光生物危害的LED封装光源。实验中,详细研究了有机硅封装胶A、B组分不同混合比例、不同点胶量、不同荧光粉比例及抗沉淀剂用量对2835封装光源色温、显色指数和光效的影响。实验结果表明,通过采用最佳封装原材料配比及最优封装工艺参数,可制备相关测试结果远低于国际相关标准的无视觉系统危害LED光源。最后,还成功将制备的无视觉系统危害LED光源应用到台灯和黄光灯的生产中,取得了很好的效果。 Through the choosing of proper phosphors, especially for green phosphor with a lower emission wavelength, the white-light and yellow-tight LEDs with non hazard visual system for people are manufactured. The blue light in non visuAL hazard LEDs has a lower emission intensity. In the experiment, the influences on the proportions of A/B silicon package glue, dispensing dosage and dosage of phosphor anti-sludging agent for CCT, CRI and luminous efficiency in 2835 type package LEDs are researched in detail. By investigating the best ratio of raw phosphor materials and optimizing the parameters of package process, the non visual hazard LEDs can be manufactured. Final- ly, we are successed to apply the non visual hazard LEDs into the reading lamp and other lighting products.
