摘要
弹性环式挤压油膜阻尼器(ERSFD)将减振与调频功能融为一体,既保留了挤压油膜阻尼器(SFD)的优点,又改善了SFD的油膜非线性特性,具有较好的应用前景。以数值分析为辅、试验手段为主,分析了ERSFD-转子系统在弹性环凸台高度、供油条件、滑油温度和不平衡量等因素影响下的动力学特性,并综合各因素的影响结果,得出了试验的三种弹性环凸台高度中,弹性环凸台高度较小的ERSFD支承下,转子的动力特性较为理想。
Elastic ring squeeze film damper (ERSFD) integrates the functions of damping and frequency modulation (FM). It not only retains the advantages of squeeze film dampers (SFD), but also improves the film nonlinear characteristics of SFD, which has good application prospects. Based on means of trials, sup- plemented by numerical analysis, the dynamic characteristics of ERSFD-rotor system were analyzed under the influence of different factors, including an elastic ring bossed height, fuel conditions, the oil temperature and unbalance. Synthesizing from the outcomes of rotor dynamic characteristics affected by different factors, it is found that the dynamic characteristics of the rotor system are better supported by smaller elastic ring bossed height among three elastic ring boss heights.
