棉针织物平幅半连续冷轧堆前处理和染色工艺 被引量:7

摘要 针对棉型针织物半连续冷轧堆加工,将新型低温漂白活化剂棉丽净DZ-1应用于棉针织物冷轧堆前处理,然后用活性染料进行冷轧堆染色。结果表明,经棉丽净DZ-1冷轧堆前处理的织物,白度和润湿性与传统高温前处理和常规冷轧堆前处理工艺相当,但强力损失明显减小,COD排放大大降低;不同前处理织物半制品活性染料冷轧堆染色效果基本一致;在相同染料用量下,雅格素CBM型活性染料冷轧堆染色后,织物固色率和表观色深均大于浸染工艺,染料利用率明显提高,符合印染行业节能环保的要求。 Aiming at the semi-continuous cold pad-batch process of knitted cotton fabric, the novel low temperature bleaching activator "Mian Li Jing" DZ-1 was used in cold pad-batch pretreatment, and then active dye was used to perform cold pad-batch dyeing. The result indicates that after pretreated with "Mian Li Jing" DZ-1, the whiteness and wettability of cotton fabric is comparable with that pretreated with traditional high temperature process or normal cold pad-batch process, while the strength loss is significantly reduced, as well as COD emission. The cold pad-batch active dyeing effects of all semi- finished fabrics are basically the same. With the same dyestuff dosage, cold pad-batch dyeing process of argazol CBM active dye exhibits better fixing rate and apparent shade depth than dip dyeing process, and the utilization of dyestuff was improved, which meets the energy conservation and environment protection requirement of dyeing and printing industry.
