摘要
目的分析肿瘤患者在化疗间歇期经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管并发症的发生原因。方法采用现象学研究方法,对12例化疗间歇期出现PICC并发症的患者进行半结构式访谈,应用Colaizzi现象学7步分析法分析资料。结果经过分析、归纳,共归纳出3个主题:对PICC管道的重视不够、缺少PICC并发症的相关知识、农村及城镇医疗机构缺乏专业的PICC维护人员和维护机构。结论医院应加强和完善PICC管理,加强对患者的健康教育,延伸护理范围,加强基层医院护理人员PICC导管维护的培训,同时加强患者的自我管理能力。
Objective To analyse the influencing factors of PICC complications in cancer patients at chemotherapy intermission. Methods The researchers conducted semi - structured interviews and analysed the data using Colaizzi 7 - Step phenomenological research method. Re- suits Three themes were got after analysis and induction, namely the neglect of attention for PICC catheters,lack of knowledge on PICC com- plications,lack of professional PICC maintainer or maintenance organization in rural area and the city. Conclusion Hospital should strength- en and improve the management of PICC, strengthen health education, extend nursing care scope, organize train on PICC catheter maintenance and promote self - management inin cancer patients at chemotherapy intermission.
