摘要
科室核心领导小组是临床科室集体决策的主要组织形式。通过问卷调查、电话调查、查阅记录等,对科室核心领导小组制度运行现状进行调查与分析。提出应建立制度并严格执行,强化小组地位;应增强科主任民主意识及科学决策能力,推动小组发展;应积极推进科务公开,发挥小组作用;应强化考核力度,保障小组运行,最终真正实现临床科室的民主管理、科学管理。
Core leadership team is the main organization form of collective decision making in clinical departments. By questionnaire, telephone investigation, and inspection records methods, the situation of the core leadership team operation was an- alyzed. Suggestions were proposed to realize democratic and scientific management, including establishing and strictly enforcing the core leadership team system ; improving the department director democratic consciousness and the abilities of making scientific decisions ; promoting clinical department transparency and playing the role of core leadership team ; strengthening the supervision and examination to ensure the running of core leadership team.
