摘要
结合县级医院的功能定位、资源配置、管理水平、诊疗能力等特点,采用绘制因果图的方法,从宏观环境、政策层面、医院自身和个人因素四个方面,对县级医院推行临床路径面临障碍进行深入分析和探讨,并针对问题提出政策建议,为县级医院实施临床路径提供参考。
Combined with the functions, resources allocation, management level, diagnosis, and treatment ability of county hospitals, the method of drawing causality diagram was used to analyze the faced obstacles in implementation of clinical pathway in county hospitals from four aspects, including macro environment, policy, hospital and individual factor. Furthermore, policy suggestions and measures were proposed based on current problems, which provided theoretical foundation for clinical pathway implement in county hospitals.
