千米深井煤与瓦斯协调安全高效开采技术 被引量:7

摘要 以平煤股份千米深井十二矿己15-31010工作面的煤与瓦斯协调安全高效开采为例,提出并实施了极薄煤层上保护层开采技术,分别进行了上覆极薄煤层己14煤层卸压瓦斯、采空区瓦斯及己15煤层本煤层瓦斯抽采。实践结果表明:将己14、己15煤层合并计算,抽采瓦斯平均纯量8.5 m3/min,风排瓦斯平均纯量4.03 m3/min,累计风排瓦斯纯量269.5万m3,累计抽采瓦斯纯量553.44万m3,瓦斯涌出量822.94万m3,瓦斯抽采率平均达到65.94%,己15-31010工作面回风流平均瓦斯体积分数0.167%。实现了千米深井突出煤层煤与瓦斯协调安全高效开采。研究成果对类似条件矿井的瓦斯治理和煤与瓦斯协调安全高效开采有借鉴意义。 Based on a coordinative safety and high efficient coal and gas mining in Ji15- 31010 coal mining face of a mine with a depth of1 000 m of No. 12 Mine in Pingsdingshan Tian'an Coal Company Limited as a case,an upper protective mining technology of an ultra thin seam was provided and implemented. A gas drainages from the pressure released gas in Ji14 seam of the upper thin seam,the gas in the goaf and the gas in Ji15 mining seam were individually conducted. The practice results showed that based on the combination calculation of Ji14 and Ji15seams,the average pure gas volume of the gas drainage was 8. 5 m^3/ min,the average pure gas of the ventilation gas was 4. 03 m^3/ min,the pure volume of the total ventilation gas was 2 695 000 m3,the pure volume of the total gas drainage gas was 5 534400 m3,the gas emission volume was 8 229 400 m^3,the gas drainage rate was 65. 94% in average and the average gas volume fraction of the air retuning flow in Ji15- 31010 seam was 0. 167%. A coordinative safety and high efficient coal and gas mining was realized in the outburst seam of the mine with a depth of 1 000 m. The study results would have reference significances to the gas control and the coal and gas coordinative safety and high efficient mining under the mine with the similar conditions.
