摘要
为了探讨不同长度稻草TMR对绵羊瘤胃纤维分解酶活力与瘤胃生态的影响,采用3×3拉丁方设计,选取3只装有永久性瘤胃瘘管的延边半细毛羊为试验动物,分别饲喂配制的不同长度稻草的TMR日粮,测定9h内瘤胃pH值,CMCase活力影响和Xylanase活力影响以及纤毛虫数量。结果表明:瘤胃内的pH值随着饲料长度的减少而降低,不同长度的TMR饲料饲喂3h后瘤胃内pH值显著下降,粉碎稻草组和1~1.5cm稻草组差异显著,1~1.5cm稻草组和3~4cm稻草组差异不显著(P〉0.05),随后9h内各组差异不显著(P〉0.05)。瘤胃内CMCase活力的影响在采食3h时下降到最低值,粉碎稻草组显著低于1~1.5cm稻草组,1~1.5cm稻草组和3~4cm稻草组差异不显著(P〉0.05),后逐渐恢复初始水平。而对瘤胃内Xylanase活力影响各组差异不显著(P〉0.05)。瘤胃的纤毛虫数与pH值成正比。长度为3~4cm稻草组对维持瘤胃内微生物环境的稳定具有最佳的效果。
In order to discuss the effect of straw TMR of different length on rumen fiber decomposition enzyme activity and rumen ecosystem in sheep.Three semi-fine wool sheep with permanent rumen fistula was selected as the experimental animals by 3×3Latin square design.The straw TMR diet of different length was fed.The pH value,the influence of CMCase and Xylanase activity and the numbers of ciliate in9 hwas determined in rumen.The experimental results showed that the pH value in rumen decreased as the feed length decreased,the pH value in rumen significantly declined after 3hwhen different lengths of TMR was fed,The group of crushing straw and the group of 1-1.5cm straw had significant difference,the group of 1-1.5cm straw and the group of 3-4cm straw had no significant difference(P〉0.05),had no significant difference between groups in 9h(P〉0.05).when fed 3h,the influence of the rumen CMCase activity declined to the lowest value,and the group of crushing straw was significantly lower thanthe group of 1-1.5cm straw,the group of 1-1.5cm straw and the group of 3-4cm straw had no significant difference(P〉0.05),and then gradually returned to the initial level.The influence of xylanase activity in rumen had no significant difference between each grop(P〉0.05).Numbers of rumen ciliate changed proportionally with the change of pH value.The length 3-4cm straw group had the better effect to maintain the stability of microbial environment in rumen.
