摘要
目的观察偏头痛患者采用利脑心胶囊联合氟桂利嗪胶囊治疗效果。方法对于我院接受治疗的120例偏头病患者采用不同的治疗方法进行观察研究,随机抽取其中60例给予利脑心胶囊联合氟桂利嗪胶囊治疗,另60例患者给予单纯的口服氟桂利嗪胶囊治疗,对比两组疗效。结果联合用药组患者总有效58例(96.7%),显效47例(78.3%),无效2例(3.3%)优于单独用药组总有效47例(78.3%),显效31例(51.7%),无效13例(21.7%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合用药组偏头痛平均缓解时间(3.1±5.2)h,优于单独用药组(6.3±9.6)h,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论偏头痛患者采用利脑心胶囊联合氟桂利嗪胶囊治疗见效快,疗效好,且不会发生不良反应。
Objective To observe migraine patients using Li Nao Xin capsule combined flunarizine capsules of therapeutic effect. Methods For treatment of 120 cases of migraine patients with different treatment methods for observational study. A random sample of 60 cases were given Li Nao Xin capsule combined flunarizine capsules,and another 60 cases patients with simple oral flunarizine capsules for treatment,compared two groups of curative effect. Results Combination treatment group＇total effective 58 cases（96.7%）,47 cases were markedly improved（78.3%）,invalid in 2 cases（3.3%）,it was better than single treatment group of total effective 47 cases（78.3%）,31 cases were markedly improved（51.7%）,invalid 13 cases（21.7%）,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Combination group of migraine average alleviate time（3.1±5.2）h,was better than the single drug group（6.3±9.6）h,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Migraine patients using Li Nao Xin capsule combined flunarizine capsules have good curative effect, and adverse reactions will not occured.
