摘要
目的研究足部运用Rood技术结合常规康复治疗对脑卒中偏瘫患者平衡功能的效果。方法将40例脑卒中偏瘫患者随机分为2组:对照组20例采用常规康复治疗;实验组20例在常规康复治疗的基础上,运用Rood技术,分别对足底皮肤触压觉及踝关节本体感觉进行强化刺激。治疗前和治疗6周后对2组患者的平衡功能进行Berg平衡量表(BBS)评分及Fugl-Meyer平衡功能评分。结果经过6周治疗,2组患者的BBS评分及Fugl-Meyer平衡功能评分均较治疗前提高(P<0.05)。其中,实验组患者的BBS评分及Fugl-Meyer评分均比对照组增加(P<0.05)。结论足部运用Rood技术结合常规康复治疗能促进脑卒中偏瘫患者平衡功能的提高。
Objective To study the effect of Rood combined with routine rehabilitation therapy on balance function of stroke patients with hemiplegia. Methods 40 cases of stroke hemiplegia patients were randomly divided into 2 groups. 20 cases in the control group were treated with routine rehabilitation therapy,the experimental group of 20 patients on the basis of conventional rehabilitation treatment,using Rood technology,respectively,ang using the plantar skin tactile sensation and ankle joint body feeling to strengthen stimulation. Before treatment and after 6 weeks treatment,the balance function of the patients in the 2 groups about Berg balance scale（BBS） score and Fugl-Meyer balance function score were analyzed. Results After 6 weeks of treatment,the 2 groups of patients with the BBS score and Fugl-Meyer balance function scores were significantly higher than before treatment（P〈0.05）. The BBS score and Fugl-Meyer score of the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The use of Rood combined with routine rehabilitation therapy can significantly improve the balance function of stroke patients with hemiplegia.
