摘要
我国农业处于传统农业向现代农业变革的重要时期,而现代农业需要大量高素质的新型职业农民。现阶段我国新型职业农民素质偏低,与现代农业发展不相适应。为此,国家应该从战略角度,通过制定培养目标、内容,采用一系列科学有效措施,加大资金和精力投入力度,切实提高新型职业农民职业素养,满足现代农业发展需要。
In the critical transitional period of transforming traditional agriculture to modern agriculture,China needs a large number of new vocational farmers with high quality. The present stage witnessed the problem of disadvantageous quality of the new vocational farmers,which does not accord with the development of modern agriculture. Therefore,the state should enhance the improvement of new vocational farmers ’ quality to meet the needs of modern agricultural development by making new strategies,resetting the cultivation objectives and contents,adopting a series of effective scientific measures and increasing the financial and efforts input.
