彩色多普勒闪烁伪像和双能量CT在泌尿系结石临床应用进展

摘要 彩色多普勒闪烁伪像、双能量CT应用于泌尿系结石研究,对术前结石性质结构判定提供参考依据,有利于最佳治疗方案选择并预防结石复发。现将上述两种方法近年来的研究进展作一述评。 Color Doppler twinkling artifacts and dual energy CT are applied to the study of urinary calculi, and provide reference basis for determining the components and structure of urinary calculi preoperatively, which can help to optimize preoperative planning and prevent the recurrence of stones. The review on progress of the two methods mentioned above in treatment of urolithiasis is made.
