摘要
研究了低温弱光对黄瓜幼苗生理生化特性的影响。试验结果表明,低温弱光下,刺瓜型国农25和水果型国农41幼苗可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白质含量均增加,且国农41的可溶性糖含量高于国农25;2个黄瓜品种过氧化物酶(POD)、抗坏血酸过氧化物酶(APX)、脱氢抗坏血酸还原酶(DHAR)、脂氧合酶(LOX)的活性也均升高,但国农25的APX,DHAR活性启动较快,先高于对照。国农25和国农41的丙二醛(MDA)含量变化存在明显差异,国农25明显低于对照;而国农41在3~9d急剧增加,明显高于对照。
The effects of low temperature and poor light was studied on physiological and biochemical characteristic in cucumber seedlings. The results showed that soluble sugar contents and soluble protein contents under low temperature and poor light increased,and soluble sugar contents of Guonong 25 was higher than that of Guonong 41. Peroxidase (POD) activities,ascorbate peroxidase (APX) activities,dehydroascorbate reductase (DHAR) activities and lipoxygenose (LOX) activities also increased,but protective enzyme activities increased more rapidly in Guonong 25 than that in Guonong 41. The results also showed that contents of malondialdehyde (MDA) of Guonong 25 was different from that of Guonong 41,MDA contents of Guonong 25 was lower than that of CK,but MDA contents of Guonong 41 was higher than that of CK from 3-9 d.
