摘要
中学生中普遍存在考试焦虑现象,利用有氧运动对考试焦虑的学生进行实验干预,其结果显示有计划、有目的、科学的有氧运动对降低学生考试焦虑具有一定的积极作用。
Middle school students' anxiety over exam is a common phenomenon. The study makes use of aerobic exercise to exert intervention to students' anxiety and the result shows that planned, purposeful, scientific aerobic exercises play a positive role in reducing student's anxiety over exam.
