摘要
以棉籽油和餐饮废油为原料,经预处理后采用两步酯化工艺制备生物柴油,通过正交试验筛选最佳工艺条件.预酯化反应的最佳条件为:醇油质量比1∶5,催化剂用量2.0%,反应温度80℃,反应时间2h,酯化率达到81%;转酯化反应的最佳条件为:醇油质量比1∶4,催化剂用量1.4%,反应温度75℃,反应时间2h,酯化率达到84%.与0#柴油性能指标对比,本试验制备所得的生物柴油达到了国家生物柴油标准.
A kind of biodiesel based on cotton seed oil and waste cooking oil was successfully prepared by a two-step process method. Through orthogonal experiment, the optimum conditions were obtained for pre-esterification as follows: the mass ratio of methanol to oil 1:5, amount of catalyst was 2 %, reaction temperature 80 ℃, reaction time 2 h, the esterification rate was over 81%. The optimum conditions of transesterification obtained were as follows: the mass ratio of methanol to oil 1:4,amount of catalyst was 1.4% ,reaction temperature 75 ℃ ,reaction time 2 h,the esterification rate was over 84%. The major properties of the biodiesel are up to the national biodiesel standards.
