摘要
当前,引发我国食品安全问题的原因有很多,既有监管法律和体制不完善不健全的原因,也有监管执法不到位和监管技术落后等因素。要维护舌尖上的安全,我国就要不断完善食品安全监管的相关法律和制度体系,为食品安全监管提供法律依据;合力打击危及食品安全的违法行为,依法构建食品安全标准体系,形成统一执法标准;加大执法技术设备投入,强化执法人员培训交流,提高其执法水平。只有从立法、执法、守法多环节入手,我国才能形成并完善食品安全监管法律和制度体系,营造安全的食品消费环境。
At present,China has built a relatively complete legal system of food safety supervision,which plays an important role in food safety supervision.However,food safety incidents are still frequent.People are in panic when they have known those incidents,and moreover they doubt the existing food safety supervision system.At present,there are many causes for food safety problems:both the regulatory laws and regulations are not perfect;regulatory law enforcement is not in place and regulatory technology is not advanced.To maintain the safety of the tongue,we should explore how to improve the relevant laws and regulations concerning food safety supervision,so as to provide legal basis for food safety supervision.We should also clarify responsibilities of regulatory bodies,strengthen joint supervision and enforcement mechanisms to combat the crisis of food safety violations,and construct food safety standard system,the formation of a unified law enforcement standards.We should increase the input of technology and equipment,strengthen law enforcement personnel training exchanges,and improve the level of law enforcement.Only from the legislation,law enforcement,law enforcement and many other aspects,can we create a safe food consumption environment.
