施肥与接种蚯蚓对农田土壤中镉、铬、铜、铅元素的影响 被引量:1

摘要 利用多因素方差分析和主成分分析方法分析了施用N、P、K肥接种蚯蚓和既施N、P、K肥又接种蚯蚓及对照四种处理前后,农田土壤中Cd、Cr、Cu、Pb四种重金属的含量变化。研究结果表明在10-20cm土层中,在既施N、P、K肥又接种蚯蚓处理中,Cu元素从处理前46.61mg/kg显著降低为43.49mg/kg,在0-10cm的土层中Cd在施肥和接种蚯蚓两个处理之间存在显著的交互作用,其交互作用主要表现在,没有接种蚯蚓的条件下Cd在施肥土壤中的含量高于不施肥的,在接种蚯蚓的条件下,Cd在施肥土壤中的含量低于不施肥的。 In this paper, the methods of multivariate analysis of variance and principal component analysis are employed to analyze the change of the heavy metal content of Cd, Cr, Cu,Pb in soil after fertilizer N, P, K are utilized to inoculate earthworms and with both the utilization of fertilizers N, P, K and earthworm inoculation. The results show that in 10 -20cm soil, in the both process of the utilization of fertilizers N, P, K and earthworm inoculation, Cu element reduces significantly from the previous 46.61 mg/ kg to 43.49rag / kg; in 0 - 10cm soil, there is a significant interaction of Cd between fertilization and earthworm inoculation, namely, without earthworm inoculation, the Cd content in the soil with fertilization is higher than that without fertilization, while with earthworm inoculation, the Cd content is higher in fertilized soil than the unfertilized soil.
