摘要
研究了以再生水为循环冷却水系统补水的某热电厂冷却塔底粘泥中分离的芽孢杆菌的生长特性。采用微生物学方法、化学分析方法、电化学分析方法研究了再生水中芽孢杆菌对304不锈钢的腐蚀特征。结果表明,与空白体系相比,芽孢杆菌代谢在电极表面形成致密的生物膜,使304不锈钢的腐蚀速率明显降低。
The growth characteristics of Bacillus, which was isolated from the slurry of cooling tower in a power plant, in real reclaimed water were studied. The microbiology methods, chemical analysis methods, and electrochemical analysis methods were employed to investigate the corrosion behavior of 304 stainless steel, which was influenced by Bacillus in reclaimed water. The results showed that the corrosion rate of 304 stainless steel with Bacillus was decreased obviously due to the formation of dense biofilms on the surface of the electrode compared with the blank system.
