摘要
目的观察ICU有机磷农药中毒发生呼吸衰竭患者在机械通气期间使用异丙酚的镇静效果。方法在ICU有机磷农药中毒发生呼吸衰竭使用呼吸机患者中随机选取42例,机械通气期间使用异丙酚镇静,观察用药前后患者心率、血压、呼吸、气道压力、氧合指数的变化并进行比较。结果有机磷农药中毒患者发生呼吸衰竭进行机械通气时,使用异丙酚镇静能快速镇静,患者心率、血压、氧合指数、呼吸次数在用药后有明显改善(P<0.05)。结论异丙酚是ICU有机磷农药中毒呼吸衰竭患者使用机械通气时较为理想的镇静剂。
Objective To observe the sedative effect of propofol applied in mechanical ventilation on patients with respiratory failure due to organophosphorus pesticide poisoning. Methods 42 patients were selected and propofol was applied in mechanical ventilation for sedation; an observation was made to the heartbeat, blood pressure, respiration, airway pressure and oxygenation index of the patients before and after drug application, and the changes were studied. Results After drug application, with quick sedation, the heartbeat, blood pressure, oxygenation index and respiratory frequency of the patients were obviously improved （P〈0.05）. Conclusions Propofol applied in mechanical ventilation is of better sedative effect on ICU patients with respiratory failure due to organophosphorus pesticide poisoning.
