摘要
采用交叉对比饲养试验研究复合酶制剂对奶牛产奶性能的影响。试验选取年龄、胎次、泌乳阶段、体重及产奶量基本接近的40只泌乳奶牛,采用配对分组法,随机分为试验Ⅰ组和试验Ⅱ组,进行交叉对比试验。试验期共80天,其中预试期10天,试验1期30天,过渡期10天,试验2期30天,10天统计一次。试验结果为添加复合酶制剂后每头奶牛日产奶量比未加酶制剂的增加1.76~1.78kg,且精饲料利用率提高10.9%-12.7%、粗饲料利用率提高10.3%~11.6%。复合酶制剂对牛奶品质及体细胞含量无显著影响。结果表明复合酶制剂可提高奶牛产奶量及饲草、饲料的利用率。为提高奶牛养殖效益,建议日粮中添加复合酶制剂。
The study examined the effect of exogenetic enzymes on cows dairy performance by cross -controlled trials. Forty lactating dairy cows with similar years of age, parity, lactating days, milk production and body weight were divided into two groups by random group - matching. The whole experimental period was 80 d which included pretrial period 10d, experimental period I 30d,transitional period 10d and experimental period II 30d. The data were organized every 10 days. The results showed that cows daily milk yield increased 1.76 - 1.78kg with diets supple- mented with compound enzyme, in addition, the concentrate utilization was increased by 10.9% 12.7% and the roughage zyme had no significant utilization was increased by 10.3% - 11.6%. The compound en- effect on milk quality and somatic cell counts. It indicated that exogenetic enzymes could improve milk yield and the utilization of forage and feed. In order to raise breeding benefits, we suggest adding exogenetic enzymes in diet.
