摘要
互联网嵌入到社会生活系统之中,通过影响和改变人们的生活方式及消费习惯而对传统文化企业的商业模式造成强烈冲击;文化产业特性与互联网经济更为契合,开启"互联网+"模式有利于改变文化企业"散、弱、小"的发展现状。传统文化企业应重视"互联网+",结合自身核心优势,遵循互联网经济运行规律,在用户中心指导下,以变革商业模式为核心、以创新组织管理为支撑积极拓展互联网化之路。
After the Internet integrates into the social life system, it has inflicted a huge shock to the business model of traditional cultural companies through influencing and changing people's lifestyle and consumption habit. The characteristics of cultural industry is more compatible with the Internet economy, while the "Internet + " model is conducive to change the scattered, weak and small cultural enterprises. Traditional cultural companies should pay attention to " Internet + ", consider their own core advantages and comply with the economic features of Internet. Under the guidance of User - oriented Construction, they should center on reforming the business model, get support from innovating the organizational management to pursue the Internet - oriented path.
