汽车零部件再制造技术性评价模型及应用 被引量:1

Analysis and Application on Technical Evaluation Model of Remanufacturing for Auto Parts

摘要 随着相关国家标准的实施,我国汽车零部件再制造行业迎来了一个新的发展机遇。汽车零部件是否适合再制造需通过相关指标来评价,文章构建了适合于汽车零部件再制造的技术性分析模型,给出其计算模型,可得出技术性各指标指数值,再利用层次分析法得出各指数的权重。以某型号起动机为例,在结构分析和试验的基础上,应用所建模型对其再制造性进行分析,计算得到其再制造的技术性指数,同时也验证了模型应用的有效性。 With the implementation of the relevant standards, auto parts remanufacturing industry ushered in a new opportunity for development. Whether the auto parts are suitable for remanufacturing should be evaluated by relevant indexes. In this paper, the technical analysis model which was suitable for auto parts was established and its calculation model were built, the various technical indicators index values were obtained. Then, the weights of index results was calculated by using AHP method. Finally, taking one type of starter as a case, based on structure analysis and test, its remanufacturing was analyzed by the model and technical index was calculated. As a result, the validity of the model was verified.
