摘要
全桥移相软开关变换电路在电动汽车充电电源中得到了广泛的应用,该电路拓扑滞后桥臂开关管实现零电压开关所必要的死区时间参数不匹配,开关管的DS电压会产生寄生振荡,影响变换器的稳定性。给出原边开关管死区时间设计原则,有效抑制整流管的寄生振荡,分析变换器工作原理,得出了实验波形。
The phase-shifted full-bridge zero-voltage-switching(PS-FB-ZVS)PWM converter is widely used in electric vehicle charging converter. In this circuit topology,the dead-time parameters do not match to lagging leg switches′ necessary to achieve zero-voltage switching. DS voltage of the switching will produce parasitic oscillation,Affect the stability of the converter. Primary side switch deadtime design principle was given,suppress parasitic oscillation of the rectifier effectively,the operation principle was analyzed,the experimental waveforms were also given at last.
