摘要 针对永磁同步电动机参数变化对无速度传感器控制系统的影响,通过实验确认电机参数在不同工况下的变化特性,分析电机参数误差对状态观测的影响,提出了一套基于小扰动输入和系统稳态特性的参数在线辨识方法和实施方案,进行了仿真和实验验证,并在实际产品中得到应用。 Considering the impacts of parameter variations of permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)on sensorless control system,aimed to confirm the parameter change characteristics under different operating conditions through experimental study,and investigated the impacts of parameter errors on state monitoring. The corresponding online parameter identification method and implementation scheme based on small disturbance inputs and steady-state characteristics of system were proposed. The simulations and experimental validation are conducted and also applied in the actual products.
