长庆刘峁塬油区产能建设地面工程设计方案分析

摘要 长庆刘峁塬油区是以长4+5、长6、长8和侏罗系油藏为主的开发区域,油区内油藏断层不连片、多层系叠合且规模较小。在该区地面系统建设中,通过总体规划与系统研究,确定了油气集输系统采用"分层集输、后端脱水、集中外输"的工艺模式,供注水系统采用"常规站场与橇装站点相结合"的布站模式,供配电系统采用35 kV、10 kV、0.4 kV三级环网供电方式,实现了油区的地面系统布局科学合理。通过采用串接集油、全过程密闭输送、局部增压、环网注水、纳滤防堵水处理等先进技术,实现生产平稳、运行高效、节能环保、降低工程投资的目标。 The main exploitation areas of Liumaoyuan oil production region are Chang4+5、Chang6、Chang8 and Jurassic oil reservoir. The typical characteristics of this region are fault block reservoir, and multiple layers superimposition with small scales. Thorough the general planning and systematic study on the ground system construction, the process mode of layered gathering、back-end dehydration and centralized transportation was adopted in oil and gas gathering and transportation system. The combination of normal station and skid-mounted station is adopted in water supply and injection system. Power supply reliability was improved through the three-stage loop network of 35 kV, 10 kV, and 0.4kV. Then the scientific and rational surface system was finally achieved. The new technologies, such as sequential gathering, airtight transportation process, partial pressurization, loop network of water-injection and nanofiltration technology in water treatment, are adopted to achieve the goal of stable production, high efficiency operation, energy saving and project cost reduction
