摘要
中国人寿研发中心E09地块工程,基础底板抗拔桩头多、工期紧,传统柔性卷材防水施工质量难以保证,设计水泥基渗透结晶防水施工技术,包括涂刷水泥基渗透结晶涂料、干撒水泥基渗透结晶型干粉等施工工艺,并对桩头、基础底板施工缝、承台梁斜面等节点做特别处理,省去了防水基层处理、涂刷底油、柔性卷材施工、防水保护层施工等工序,施工工艺简单,保证了工程质量,缩短了工期,节省了费用支出。
In China Life Research and Development Center Plot E09 project, there are many uplift pile heads on the foundation bottom plate and the construction schedule is tight, so it is hard to guarantee the construction quality of traditional flexible coiled waterproof material. Cement-based penetration and crystallization waterproof construction technique was adopted, including painting cement- based penetrative and crystallizable coating and spreading dry cement-based penetrative and crystallizable powder, etc., and special measures were taken to treat the pile head, construction joint of foundation bottom plate and bearing platform beam chamfer, etc. Waterproof substrate treatment, base oil painting, flexible coiled material construction and waterproof protective layer construction were successfully avoided, realizing simple and convenient construction process, ensuring the engineering quality, shortening the construction schedule and saving construction cost.
