摘要
发酵床养猪模式是基于减少养殖过程中污染物排放而发展起来的一种新的养殖技术。试验测定了发酵床5cm、20cm垫料层温度、含水率、pH及有机质含量等指标,分析发酵床理化参数,为养猪生产提供参考。结果表明,垫料表层5cm处温度在20℃~35℃之间,垫料20cm处的温度在35℃以上;垫料水分在40%~55%之间,pH在6.5~8.0范围内变化,能够满足微生物正常发酵的需要;随着垫料使用时间的延长,有机质含量、C/N比呈持续下降趋势;由于猪粪尿的不断排放,垫料中全氮含量逐渐增加,而有效菌含量呈现先上升后降低趋势。
Bio-bed system has been developed as a new technology to reduce pollutant release in pig breeding process. In order to find the basic parameters of litters in the new system, temperature, water content,pH,and organic matter in the 5 and 20cm layer of litters were determined in an experiment of pig bio-bed conducted from August 2,2013 to July 31,2014. It was found that the temperature in the 5 cm layer of litters could keep between 20-35 ℃, and the temperature in the 20 cm layer of litters could keep up to 35 ℃. The water content of litters could keep between 40-55%, and the pH of litters could keep between 6.5-8.0, which can ensure efficient fermentation. The organic matter and C/N in the litters both displayed a trend of continuous decrease with the litters kept in use longer. As pigs kept on excreting urine and feces,the content of TN in the litters increased steadily, while effective living bacterium number dis- played a different trend,rising first and then declining.
