摘要
癌症等重病给患者及其家庭带来经济与心理上的困境,是医务社会工作面临的特殊问题。本文将癌症患者家庭作为研究对象,对其在心理与社会方面的困境与需求进行分析,介绍家庭抗逆力视角的理论背景与内涵,分析将其运用于医务社会工作的必要性,同时在实践上提出建构积极的家庭信念系统、调适癌症患者家庭组织模式、促进有效的家庭沟通等3种介入策略。
For patients and their families, such as cancer and other serious illness has brought economic and psychological predicament is the special problems of medical social work. This paper, seeing cancer patient as research objective, analyses the psychological and social problem and needs of cancer patients, and brings family resilience, as a new social work theoretical perspective, into medical social work intervention process, seeing the patient family as also an important client, and states theoretical background and meaning, as well as emphasizes importance of bring the theory into medical social work practice, finally, states three practice strategies.
