摘要
探讨边疆地区医院引进和留住卫生人才难的原因,主要是环境因素、工作压力较大、待遇相对较低等。根据呼伦贝尔市人民医院的做法,提出边疆地区医院应注重人才梯队建设、为高端人才提供尽可能好的生活待遇、注重本院人才的培养,以此改变边疆地区医院引进和留住卫生人才的窘境,为促进医院健康发展奠定人才基础。
Objective To explore the difficulty reasons of introducing and retaining medical personnel in the frontier areas, the main reason includes the environmental factor, job stress and low salary and so on. According to the practice of Hulun Buir People's Hospital, this article proposes that frontier hospital should emphasize the echelon construction of personnel, providing the best treatment of life for the high-caliber personnel, the cultivation of your own hospital's personnel, to dealt with the awkward situation in the introducing and retaining medical personnel in frontier hospital, lying the foundation of professional personnel for promoting hospital development.
