摘要
目的:探讨PACS/RIS系统在医学影像学教学中的应用价值,并分析其应用优势。方法:筛选2014年5月-2015年5月笔者所在医院影像科见习学生150名,作为研究对象。采用随机数表法将其分为研究组与对照组,每组学生75名,其中对照组学生接受传统授课模式,研究组基于PACS/RIS系统进行医学影像学教学,比较两组学生学习效率、学习主动性及教学满意度等,并通过结课测验考试评价两组学生的学习效果。结果:结课测验结果显示,研究组学生医学影像学平均得分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且研究组学生学习主动性评分及教学满意度评价结果均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:PACS/RIS系统解放教师课件及教案的束缚,在教师的讲解带领下能够接触更多的影像资料,丰富课堂授课内容,提高学生学习兴趣及学习效果,具有应用及推广价值。
Objective: To investigate the application value of PACS/RIS system on medical imaging teaching, and analyze its application advantages. Method: From May 2014 to May 2015 150 students were selected as the objects of this study.They were randomly divided into the study group and the control group by the random number table, 75 cases in each group, the control group received traditional teaching mode, the study group used PACS/RIS system of medical imaging teaching, Learning efficiency, active learning and teaching satisfaction, evaluated learning effect of two groups were compared.Result: Class test results showed that, the average score of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group, there was statistical significance(P〈0.05).Students' active learning score and teaching satisfaction evaluation results of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group, there was statistical significance(P〈0.05).Conclusion: PACS/RIS liberation teaching course ware and teaching plan of bondage can contact more image data, enrich the classroom teaching content and improve students' study interest and the study effect under lead of teachers, with application and popularization value.
