摘要
本文针对干线公路沥青路面防治反射裂缝的需求,开展了抗裂嵌挤型水泥稳定碎石沥青路面结构研究。通过路面结构力学分析模型的建立,研究半柔性基层层底拉应力、剪应力、弯沉与基层模量、厚度、结构层之间界面联结能力等因素的关系,得出半柔性基层代替半刚性基层有利于提高路面的抗裂能力等有益结论,并通过江苏省237省道工程的工程实践,证实16cm乳化沥青-水泥稳定碎石用于上基层,或两层16cm乳化沥青-水泥稳定碎石基层满足路面结构设计要求。
In order to meet the need of reflective crack prevention for asphalt concrete pavement, research on the mechanical properties of cement stabilized macadam base of anti cracking extrusion block is carried out. A mechanical model of semi - flexible base was established to study modulus, thickness and adhesion of interlayer 's influence on shear stress, deflection and bottom layer's tensile stress. Then useful conclusion is obtained that semi - flexible base will help improving the pavement's crack resistance comparing with semi - rigid base. Finally, a test section is constructed on highway 237 in Jiangsu Province, through a period of operation, it is concluded that 16cm thickness of emulsified asphalt - cement stabilized macadam mixture used in upper base or both base can meet the design requirements.
