摘要
目的探讨城乡医疗区域"一卡通"在连州市应用及其效果分析。方法从2012年开始在连州市实施城乡医疗区域"一卡通"项目,实现就诊卡互通、就诊信息共享,并在实施前后采用抽样调查医疗指标、患者对就诊的满意度。结果项目实施后的年平均门诊量、出院人次、医疗收入以及患者对就诊的满意度均显著高于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论连州市城乡医疗区域"一卡通"项目的实施能有效的方便患者就医,简化就诊流程,实现医疗信息共享。
Objective To investigate the effect of All -in -one Card for urban and rural health care region in Lianzhou. Methods The All - in - one Card for urban and rural health care region was carried out in Lianzhou City in 2012, the interoperation of medical cards and sharing of medical information were fulfilled, sample surveys of medical indicators and patient satisfaction are conducted before and after implementation. Results The annual average number of outpatients, number of discharged patients, and medical income before the implementation were all significantly larger as compared to the numbers after it （P 〈 0. 05 ） and patients＇ satisfaction was significantly higher as well （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The implementation of regional medical health service All - in - one Card in Lianzhou city can effectively facilitate the patients＇ medical treatment, simplify the process and fulfill medical information sharing.
