摘要
目的:比较相同条件下切削Ti2448(Ti-24Nb-4Zr-7.9Sn)与纯钛金瓷的结合强度。方法:采用常规喷砂方法分别对纯钛和Ti2448进行表面处理,测试处理后的金属表面粗糙度、表面能;用三点弯曲实验对两种金属与Duceratin Kiss瓷粉的结合强度进行评价,采用扫描电镜和能谱分析对金瓷结合界面的显微结构和成分组成进行分析。结果:经喷砂处理后纯钛组的表面粗糙度、表面能和三点弯曲结合强度分别为1.30μm、33.11 m J/m^2、30.52 MPa,而Ti2448组的表面粗糙度、表面能和三点弯曲结合强度分别为1.35μm、36.70 m J/m2、43.90 MPa,均高于纯钛组(P<0.05);扫描电镜和能谱分析结果显示,与纯钛组相比,Ti2448组的瓷剥脱面有更多的残留瓷,且有Sn元素贯穿金瓷界面渗入瓷层。结论:利用常规表面处理方法对切削Ti2448进行表面处理后,能够获得优于纯钛的表面润湿性和金瓷结合强度。
AIM: To compare the bonding characteristics of porcelain bonded to machine - milled Ti2448 ( Ti - 24Nb - 4Zr - 7.9 Sn) and commercial pure titanium ( cp - Ti). METHODS : Ti2448 and cp - Ti specimens were respectively treated by sand - blasting method. The roughness, surface energy and the three - point - bending strength of the treated Ti2448 and cp - Ti bonded to Duceratin Kiss porcelain were tested. The micro - structure and the composition of metal - porcelain interface were examined by SEM and EDS. RESULTS : The roughness, surface energy and three - point - bending strength of Ti2448 ( 1.35 μm, 36.70 mJ/m2 and 43.90 MPa) were all higher than those of cp - T i ( 1.30μm, 33.11 mJ/m2 and 30.52 MPa) ( P 〈 0.05 ). There was massive residual porcelain on the metal - porcelain departure surface of the specimens in Ti2448 group, but not in cp - Ti group. On the section of metal - porcelain specimens, Sn was observed penetrating into the porcelain layer in Ti2448 group. CONCLUSION : The better surface wettability and the metal -ceramic bond strength can be obtained on Ti2448 surface by the sand - blasting method than on cp -Ti surface.
