摘要
随着我国经济转型改革的不断深入,民营企业在我国经济运行中的作用越来越重要,高管团队作为影响企业发展的重要因素,对我国民营企业发展具有举足轻重的影响。本文以2006~2012年我国民营上市公司为研究样本,以企业信息决策理论和社会类化理论为基础,将企业发展中的多样性和动态性纳入到对我国民营上市公司的实证研究中,探讨高管团队职能背景异质性对民营企业绩效的影响作用。其中,民营企业高管职能背景分为产出型、生产型和外围型,将企业绩效分为长期绩效、短期绩效、创新绩效。通过对本文因变量和自变量的关系研究,发现不同任职背景对我国民营企业绩效的影响作用,并基于本文实证结果分析我国民营企业高管团队建设的环境和优化措施。
With the deepening reform of China's economic transformation, the role of private enterprise in our economy is becoming increasingly important, executive team as an important factor affecting the development of enterprises, has a decisive influence on the development of private enterprises. This paper studies the enterprise information decision theory and the theory of social class based, in 2006 -2012, China's private listed companies as samples. In this paper, the development of enterprises in the diversity and dynamics into an empirical study on private listed companies, and to explore the influence of functional background heterogeneity of the senior management team of Private Enterprise Performance. Among them, the private corporate executives functional background into output type, production type and peripheral type. The business performance is divided into three different dimensions of long-term perfcormance, short-term performance, innovation perforraance. Through this paper, the relationship between dependent and independent variables because studies have found that the influence of different backgrounds worked on the performance of private enterprises, and based on the empirical results of this analysis of the private enterprise executive team building environment and optimization measures.
